1. Dosing
Coagulant preparation and dosing methods can be divided into dry dosing and wet dosing.
Dry dosing Dry dosing refers to the polyaluminum chloride agent directly into the treated water. Dry dosing is labor-intensive, the dosage is difficult to control, and the requirements for mixing machinery and equipment are high. At present, the domestic less use of this method.
wet dosing wet dosing refers to a certain concentration of chemicals into a solution, and then put into the treated sewage. Wet dosing process is easy to control, dosing uniformity is also better, can use metering pumps, water jets, siphon dosing equipment such as dosing.
2. Mixing
Mixing refers to the process of hydrolysis and generation of hetero-charged colloid when polyaluminum chloride agent is put into the sewage and contact with colloid and suspended matter in the water to form fine flocs (commonly known as alumina).
Mixing process is completed in about 10~30s. Mixing requires mixing power, mixing power can be used hydraulic mixing and mechanical mixing of two kinds, hydraulic mixing commonly used pipeline, perforated plate, vortex mixing and other methods; mechanical can be used in variable-speed mixing and pump mixing tanks and other devices.
3.Reaction
When the mixing reaction equipment in the completion of the mix, the water has produced fine flocs, but has not yet reached the particle size of the natural sedimentation, the task of the reaction equipment is to make small flocs gradually flocculation into large flocs in order to facilitate sedimentation. Reaction equipment has a certain residence time and appropriate stirring intensity, so that small flocs can collide with each other and prevent the production of large flocs from settling. However, if the stirrer intensity is too large, the flocs produced will be broken, and the flocs are broken, and the larger the flocs are, the easier they are to break, so the stirring intensity is getting smaller and smaller along the water inflow direction in the reaction equipment.
4.Sedimentation
After dosing, mixing and reacting, the wastewater completes the flocculation process and enters the sedimentation tank for mud-water separation. Sedimentation tank can be used flat flow, spoke flow, vertical flow, inclined plate and other forms of results.
Dosing system operation should pay attention to the process of operation
In order to ensure the effect of pharmaceuticals, regardless of what kind of coagulation chemicals or dosing equipment, dosing equipment operation should pay attention to the following points.
Ensure that the operation of the equipment is intact, a sufficient number of agents. quantitative calibration of dosing equipment measuring device to ensure that the amount of pharmaceutical inputs in line with process requirements.
Ensure that the pharmaceuticals meet the quality standards required by the process. Regularly check the quality of raw sewage water, to ensure that the dosage to adapt to changes in water quality and water requirements.
Need to record the concentration of drug storage pool and drug delivery pool. Frequently check the dosing pipeline to prevent blockage or breakage of the pipeline and ensure the normal operation of the pumping system.
When the phenomenon of broken flow occurs, it should be checked and repaired as soon as possible.
polyaluminum chloride coagulant dosing method
Coagulant dosage is divided into dry dosage and wet dosage. Dry casting method is to put the solid agent which is easy to dissolve after crushing directly into the treated water. The advantage is that it occupies less space, but the particle size of the agent requires a higher, more difficult to control the amount of casting and dosing, higher requirements for machinery and equipment, and poorer labor conditions, so this method is now used less. Currently used more is the wet casting method, that is, the first polyaluminum chloride agent dissolved and formulated into a certain concentration of solution, and then put into the water to be treated.
