Main applications:
The products are mainly used for the purification, decolorization, dechlorination and deodorization of drinking water, purified water, wine making, beverage, industrial sewage, and also for mercaptan removal in oil refining industry.
Precautions for coconut shell activated carbon:
1、During transportation, coconut shell activated carbon should be prevented from mixing with hard materials and should not be stepped on or stepped on to prevent carbon particles from breaking and affecting the quality.
2、Storage should be stored in porous adsorbent, so in the process of transportation, storage and use, it is absolutely necessary to prevent water immersion, because after water immersion, a large amount of water fills the active voids, making it ineffective.
3、In order to prevent tar substances from being used, it should be forbidden to bring tar substances into the activated carbon bed, so as to avoid blocking the gap of activated carbon and losing its adsorption function. It is better to have a decoking device to purify the gas.
Gold extraction process of coconut shell gold with activated carbon is as follows:
1 Ore pulp: the gold bearing sand is crushed and ground to a fineness of about 300 mesh, and then mixed with water to form a suspension slurry;
2 Cyanidation leaching: the cyanide solution prepared with potassium cyanide or sodium cyanide is added into the pulp to form a cyanide gold complex Au (CN) 2 which can be dissolved in water;
3 Activated carbon adsorption: the pulp containing cyanide gold complex is fully contacted with granular activated carbon under stirring condition in series adsorption tank group, so that all cyanide gold complex is adsorbed on the surface of activated carbon, and tailings slurry is discharged after separation from activated carbon;
4 Gold carbon desorption: the saturated gold adsorbed carbon is eluted with high pH value hot cyanide solution, and the cyanide gold complex is transferred to the solution;
5 Eluant electrolysis: pure gold is extracted from the clarified solution containing cyanogen gold complex by electrolysis;
6 Regeneration of gold charcoal: the gold adsorbed carbon after desorption can be regenerated by hot air and reused for many times.
Packaging and storage:
1、The product is packed in double-layer sealed packaging. The inner layer is made of non-toxic polyethylene plastic bag and the outer layer is woven plastic bag. Each bag weighs 25kg.
2、This product is easy to be hygroscopic and deliquescent, but it has an impact on the use effect after moisture absorption. It is recommended to keep it in a dry, moisture-proof, well ventilated and heat-proof place.
3、This product shall not be transported and stored together with toxic and harmful substances.
4、Warranty period: one year
