Production process:
Anthracite is selected and raw materials are repeatedly washed with spiral washing machine to remove impurities in the materials. The washed raw materials are dried in the sun to prepare for carbonization.
The production of activated carbon generally requires two rotary furnaces, one for carbonization and one for activation. Firstly, the carbonization furnace was heated to 150 ℃, and the moisture in the material almost evaporated; When the temperature of carbonization furnace reaches 400 ℃, the organic matter of woody materials will decompose rapidly. When the furnace temperature reaches 500-700 ℃, it is the high-temperature calcination stage. There are few liquid products generated during the calcination process, excluding the residual volatile substances in the charcoal. High temperature calcination is the most important link in the carbonization stage, which directly determines the fixed carbon content of charcoal, and the excellent carbonization material contains carbon content The amount is generally above 85%. The initial biochemical tests were carried out to detect the moisture, fixed carbon content, ash and iodine value of the carbonized materials.
Heat up the activation furnace, put the carbonized raw materials into the activation furnace, inject steam, carbon dioxide, air (mainly oxygen) or their mixture (flue gas) under high pressure to activate at high temperature (600-900 ℃, activation section temperature). The temperature in the furnace is controlled by computer display. The activation temperature and time will have a direct impact on the iodine value of activated carbon. Activated carbon activation stage is the most important step in the production of activated carbon, which directly determines the quality of activated carbon, that is, iodine value.
The activated carbon avoids contact with air, and enters into the cooling tower directly. When the temperature of activated carbon drops to about 100 ℃, the cooling is completed. At this time, the color of activated carbon can be observed. The uniform and black dense carbon is the best. At this time, biochemical indicators are detected. According to the national standard test method of active carbon, the quality index of activated carbon product is determined.
The activated material on the conveyor belt is sucked into the crusher by the suction of the exhaust fan, and the impurities such as sand and stone with large weight are left on the trash remover to remove. The crushed fine carbon is sucked into the separator by the wind force, and the coarse carbon is returned to the crusher by the separator for crushing. The qualified carbon is sent to the cyclone or vibrating screen for separation with the wind force, and the gas discharged from the cyclone separator is released After collecting fine carbon powder by bag filter and emptying, the carbon separated by cyclone separator and vibrating screen can be directly sold as finished products. If the user requires high purity of activated carbon, the activated carbon collected above must be acid washed, watered and dehydrated to remove impurities such as iron salt and ash in the activated carbon, and then the activated carbon needs to be dried to reduce the moisture content to ≤ 10%, which is the finished product of activated carbon.
Packaging and storage:
1、The product is packed in double-layer sealed packaging. The inner layer is made of non-toxic polyethylene plastic bag and the outer layer is woven plastic bag. Each bag weighs 25kg.
2、This product is easy to be hygroscopic and deliquescent, but it has an impact on the use effect after moisture absorption. It is recommended to keep it in a dry, moisture-proof, well ventilated and heat-proof place.
